Privacy policy

• through the contact form: your name, phone number or email address, selected service and message;
• in technical logs: IP address, browser and device type, request date and time, and the requested URL;
• after you choose to display Google Maps: data sent to Google by your browser, including your IP address and device information.

The form is not intended for detailed health information. Please discuss it by phone or during your visit instead.

• answering an enquiry, arranging an appointment and taking steps before entering into a contract — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR;
• handling other correspondence and protecting against claims — our legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR;
• keeping the website secure, diagnosing errors and preventing abuse — our legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR;
• complying with legal obligations where applicable — Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

Providing your name, message, and either a phone number or email address is voluntary but necessary to send the form and receive a reply. Selecting a service is optional. Without contact details, we cannot respond.

• form submissions and correspondence — for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, and then until any related claims become time-barred;
• data connected with a contract — for the duration of the relationship and then for the period required by law and applicable limitation periods;
• technical logs — for the period configured by the hosting provider and no longer than needed for security and error investigation.

Data may be accessed by providers of hosting, databases, email and IT support. If necessary, it may also be shared with legal or accounting advisers and public authorities entitled to receive it by law. Each recipient receives only the data needed for its task.

Some online service providers, particularly Google after the map is enabled, may process data outside the European Economic Area. Any transfer must rely on a GDPR mechanism, such as a European Commission adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses. Depending on the legal basis and circumstances, you may request:

• access to your data and a copy;
• rectification, erasure or restriction of processing;
• data portability;
• an objection to processing based on a legitimate interest.

Contact form data is not used for automated decision-making or profiling.

The public website does not use advertising or analytics tools. Google Maps is not loaded automatically. Only clicking “Show Google Map” connects your browser to Google Maps. Google may then use cookies and process data under its privacy policy.

We may update this policy when the website, service providers or law changes. The current version is always available at this address.
